Cancellation Policy

Because appointment times are limited, we have a cancellation policy in place to manage bookings fairly and protect appointment time:

• More than 24 hours' notice: full refund
• 12 to 24 hours' notice: partial refund
• Less than 12 hours' notice or no-show: no refund

This policy is editable by the business owner from the admin dashboard under Settings.
